Sprinkler System Guarantee

(1 year)
All components of the sprinkler system is covered by a 1 year parts and labor guarantee subject to the following conditions:
•    Sierrascape has installed the sprinkler system.
•    Repaired or improved systems are guaranteed only in regard to the portion of the system that was repaired or improved by Sierrascape.
•    System was properly winterized - blown out by a high volume compressor and is free of pooled water and potential freezing damage.
•    Damage caused by animals, machinery, or children is not covered under this guarantee.
(Note:) All components of the sprinkler system are covered under the guarantee bus associated damage such as erosion, excessive water use, basement flooding, etc. are not covered under this guarantee. Although this system is automated, it is extremely important to check and monitor this system to assure its efficient operation and integrity. Many options are available for further automation as well as safeguards to prevent problems. The prices of these far outweigh the problems associated with the catastrophes involving system failures. Please ask and we can discuss their installation and use.
Rain sensor shut off - System shuts off if it senses rain fall.
Freezing sensor shut off - System shuts off of freezing temperatures are sensed.
Wind sensor shut off - System won't operate during high winds.
Master valve shut off - System requires a master valve to operate simultaneously with sprinkler valves for operation.
Remote Control Operation - System operator can with the push of a button turn on any part of the system while walking around away from controller - especially helpful with inspection, adjustment, and repair of system.
Battery back up and surge suppressors - Protection from power failure and lightning strikes. Most systems have these capabilities but some to a greater extent than others.
Security - System encased in weather tight box and contains lockable door.
